Why Yoga? Yoga benefits your physical health, relieves mental stress, and calms your mind of all extraneous thoughts, which helps you to focus on the important aspects of your life. In the current state of the world, we need to balance our mind, body, and spirit. Join me for movement and mindfulness weekly in yoga classes.


Through yoga you will find a new awareness within yourself. I only ask you to be receptive to both the physical practice and the spiritual aspects of yoga, including mindful breathing, detoxification, and aligning the body.
