Private Sessions *(All Sessions available In Person & Online)
All private sessions are one hour in your own space and within that hour I transform your space into a tranquil and peaceful yoga space. Sessions include a consultation before the postures begin, meditation, an approximately one hour yoga practice, and an optional oneness blessing.
Group Private Sessions
Group classes are available for all yogis. Beginners and those with an advanced practice are welcome. Four person groups are required for each one hour session.
Prenatal private sessions include a consultation before the postures begin, restorative yoga poses and well as active posture, a connecting with your baby meditation for an approximately one hour yoga practice.
Group prenatal classes are available for all prenatal ladies and pregnant friends. Beginners and those with an advanced practice are welcome, 1st through 3rd trimester can participate together with modifications provided. Four person groups are required for each one hour prenatal session.
Postnatal private sessions begin 5-8 weeks after birth per doctors approval. The session include a consultation before the postures begin. I the 60minutes we will focus on getting momma's body back to basics, with exercises for the pelvic floor, restoring & nourishing poses for the body and well as strengthening postures post birth. This is a time to connect with self and your new post baby self. The healing & strengthening momma session is approximately a one hour yoga practice.
